Day 11

Breakfast: A couple spoonfuls of soup (I forgot to shake well. It was a bad plan.)
Lunch: Shrimp ramen, 1 My Little Pony fruit snack
Dinner: Rotini pasta with cauliflower, mushrooms, and onions

I was all over the place today. I went surprise postering and it went so much better than the last time I was in the area. I've gotten a lot more familiar with the towns and am pretty solid at being forcibly friendly with people. I've tried to stop using my "I'm a lil' bit Suthern" accent when I get nervous, but it's a hard habit to break.

New machines I am now friends with: The mail machine that LICKS THE ENVELOPES AUTOMATICALLY. IT IS A WORK OF AWESOME.

Aaaaaaaaaaaand then I spent the rest of the day researching D&D for my blog post. It's super complicated, but I think I have the hang of it now. I love learning to speak another dialect of geek.

This evening I'm watching "The Bachelor" and "24" with the interns. Simultaneously. Yeah, that's how we roll. Also, Mario Kart is much harder 10 years later. I have lost my touch.


Fun Thing Learned Today: I am the most cynical person ever. It's only a matter of time before I'm banned from commenting on Bachelor nights.
