I totally spaced on writing yesterday, so this one's a little late. It was a good day, but busy. I submitted my first blog for the museum website. It's a dialogue between 2 Sol Lewitt wall drawings about the new one that's being installed around the corner. I'll link to it when it goes up.
Wednesday nights are trivia nights, so we all went down to the Polish National Association and played our little hearts out. Trivia is 5 rounds of 10 questions each, and we got an overall score of 31. I knew a couple, which was nice, and it was fun to have our little intern team. The artists in residence came with and did pretty well for themselves considering they didn't know the state bird of Massachusetts (but then again, neither did we).
Fun Thing Learned Today: The state bird of Massachusetts is a black-capped chickadee.
